Dr. Nader Darwich is a French-trained orthopedic surgeon whose areas of focus include arthroscopic surgery, knee ligament reconstruction and is expert in treating a variety of sports injuries. He established the Abu Dhabi Knee & Sports Medicine Centre in 2006 to bring world class orthopedic care to Abu Dhabi and the UAE, as well as drawing patients from across the MENA region. Dr. Darwich has been a practicing orthopedic surgeon for 26 years, and has performed more than 11,500 successful surgeries in the UAE since he began practicing here in 1996.

Dr. Nader Darwich received his medical degree from the Faculty of Medicine, Damascus University, and completed post graduate orthopedic training in France, where he began his career as an orthopedic surgeon. He speaks fluent English, Arabic and French.
