He graduated from the prestigious KEM and Tata Memorial Hospital in Mumbai, India.
He did his Clinical Training and Fellowships for minimally invasive surgery (Laparoscopy) in
Australia and Singapore in some of the internationally well-known hospitals.
He also has been trained extensively in Laser therapy for piles, fistulas, sinuses and varicose vein
disorders in Germany, Latvia, Tunisia and Italy.
He has previously worked with large Multi-Speciality hospitals in Dubai
Dr Salil comes from a family of well-reputed doctors in Mumbai, India and brings with him a
a wealth of surgical experience in a variety of surgical procedures.
He has more than 22 years of vast surgical experience of which more than 15 years is in Dubai.
He has also contributed to research in cancer and other surgical anomalies.
He has a special interest in laparoscopy (Keyhole surgery) for abdominal procedures (liver,
gallbladder, appendix, hernia, stomach, intestines) lasers in anorectal problems and oncology
(cancer therapy) for breast disorders.
He has to his credit more than 5000 surgical procedures, the majority of which are laparoscopic.
